7. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered. Our delivery price is not included in the product price and charged separately depending on number of products you place in an Order and your delivery address. We currently do not deliver outside Australia.
8. When ordering products from us, we can only process your order when the goods ordered have been paid in full. Orders will be deemed to have been received by us when an order confirmation to your nominated email address is sent.
9. Cyber security for your payments is managed by BPOINT, which provides security for you, our customer. Your credit card details are provided directly to and stored by our bank and are not independently recorded by us. This minimises disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to each transaction.
10. As the Products are custom made to the specifications provided in your Order, you are responsible for the accuracy of your measurement. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure, please call our customer services team for help before ordering or consult the online measuring guide.

11. As Modern Roof Restoration (NSW) products are custom made and the manufacturing process will begin after a set period of 24 hours, Customers are only able to change or cancel an Order by contraction Us within 24 hours of placing the Order.
12. If a cancellation of the order is required with the 24 hour period of placing the order, monies will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of notification.
13. We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given us incorrect measurements, as we will not be able to resell the goods as they are made to measure.
14. We will only accept the return of faulty or defective Products or Products that have been supplied incorrectly.
15. Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
16. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit.

17. “Force Majeur” means any event or circumstance occurring after the Order that is not within our reasonable control; could not be prevented, overcome or remedied by the exercise of reasonable effort by us; and results in us being unable to perform our obligations under this contract. We will be excused for not meeting or performing our obligations during the time and to the extent that Force Majeure prevents us from doing so. We must try to remove, overcome or minimise the effects of Force Majeure as soon as we can and give you prompt notice.
18. You acknowledge that there may be slight variances in colour or materials from roll or section to section of Products.

19. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
